Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- cinnamon - 2 tsp
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- flour - 1 c
- soda - 1 tsp
- pumpkin - 3/4 c
- stick butter - 1/2 item
- powdered sugar - 1 c
- lemon juice - 1 tsp
- beaten eggs - 3 item
- Mix the liquids together and add dry ingredients
How to make pumpkin roll:
Mix the first 4 ingredients. Mix the liquids together and add dry ingredients. Grease large cookie sheet. Line with wax paper and spray with Pam. Put batter on cookie sheet and bake at 350° for 12 to 15 minutes. Sift 1 cup powdered sugar onto a linen or cotton towel. When cake is done, put cake hot onto towel and roll it up until cool. Unroll and spread icing on the cake and roll it back. Not too tight.Icing:1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese1 tsp. vanilla1/2 stick butter1 c. powdered sugar Blend until smooth.Recipe categories: American, Vegetables, North american.
