Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- cinnamon - 2 tsp
- cream cheese - 6 oz
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- flour - 3/4 c
- butter - 4 Tbsp
- eggs, beaten - 3 item
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- pumpkin - 2/3 c
- Turn on a wet towel and sprinkle with 10x sugar
How to make pumpkin roll:
Combine all of the ingredients and bake on a greased cookie sheet for 15 to 20 minutes at 375°. Turn on a wet towel and sprinkle with 10x sugar. Cool until just warm.Icing:1 c. 10x sugar4 Tbsp. butter6 oz. cream cheese1 tsp. vanilla Whip together. Spread over cake evenly and roll the cake up like a jelly roll, as tight as you can.
