Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- eggs - 2 item
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 1 c
- brown sugar - 1/2 c
- butter - 1/2 c
- ginger - 1/2 tsp
- ground cloves - 1/4 tsp
- quick cooking oats - 1/2 c
- can evaporated milk - 1 1/2
- Spread in the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan
- Pour into baked crust
How to make pumpkin pie squares:
With electric mixer on low speed, mix until crumbly. Spread in the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes.Filling:1 (1 lb.) can pumpkin1 (13 1/2 oz.) can evaporated milk2 eggs3/4 c. sugar1/2 tsp. salt1 tsp. cinnamon1/2 tsp. ginger1/4 tsp. ground cloves Beat well. Pour into baked crust. Bake for 20 minutes at 350°.Topping:1/2 c. chopped nuts1/2 c. brown sugar2 Tbsp. butter Sprinkle mixture over pumpkin filling.
