Ingredients/Components

  • granulated sugar - 1/3 c
  • vanilla extract - 1/2 tsp
  • egg, slightly beaten - 1 item
  • melted butter - 3 Tbsp
  • pumpkin pie spice - 1 tsp
  • eggs, lightly beaten - 2 item
  • light corn syrup
  • pecan halves - 1 c
  • mashed pumpkin - 1 c
  • volume - 1 unbaked

How to make pumpkin pecan pie:

Pecan Layer:2/3 c. light corn syrup2 eggs, lightly beaten1/2 c. granulated sugar3 Tbsp. melted butter1/2 tsp. vanilla extract1 c. pecan halves For Pumpkin Layer: Combine egg, pumpkin, sugar and pie spice in medium bowl. Spread over bottom of pie shell.

For Pecan Layer: Combine corn syrup, eggs, sugar, butter and vanilla in same bowl. Stir in pecans. Spoon over pumpkin layer.

Bake in preheated 350° oven for 50 minutes or until filling is set. Cool on wire rack.
