Ingredients/Components
- egg, lightly beaten - 1 item
- solid pack pumpkin - 1 c
- granulated sugar - 1/3 c
- pumpkin pie spice - 1 tsp
- unbaked 9-inch pie shell - 1 item
- Spread over bottom of pie shell
- eggs, lightly beaten - 2 item
- butter or margarine, melted - 3 Tbsp
- vanilla extract - 1/2 tsp
- pecan halves - 1 c
How to make pumpkin pecan pie:
Combine egg, pumpkin, sugar and pie spice in a medium bowl. Spread over bottom of pie shell.Pecan Layer:2/3 c. light corn syrup2 eggs, lightly beaten1/2 c. granulated sugar3 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted1/2 tsp. vanilla extract1 c. pecan halves Combine corn syrup, eggs, sugar, butter and vanilla in same bowl.
