Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 1 c
- flour - 1/2 c
- nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
- pumpkin - 2 c
- margarine - 4 Tbsp
- cinnamon sugar - 1 item
- pinches of salt and baking soda - 1 item
How to make pumpkin custard:
Preheat oven to 450°. Put margarine in a square baking pan and melt while heating oven. Put all other ingredients, except cinnamon sugar, into a bowl. Mix with a wire whisk or mixer. Pour into baking pan with melted margarine. Sprinkle top with cinnamon sugar. Bake 25 to 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Low sodium, Low fat.
