Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 1 c
  • cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
  • eggs - 2 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • milk - 1 c
  • flour - 1/2 c
  • nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
  • pumpkin - 2 c
  • margarine - 4 Tbsp
  • cinnamon sugar - 1 item
  • pinches of salt and baking soda - 1 item

How to make pumpkin custard:

Preheat oven to 450°. Put margarine in a square baking pan and melt while heating oven. Put all other ingredients, except cinnamon sugar, into a bowl. Mix with a wire whisk or mixer. Pour into baking pan with melted margarine. Sprinkle top with cinnamon sugar. Bake 25 to 30 minutes.
