Pumpkin cookies

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 2 c
• cinnamon - 2 tsp
• cream cheese - 4 oz
• eggs - 2 item
• vanilla - 2 tsp
• salt - 1 tsp
• flour - 4 c
• nutmeg - 1 tsp
• baking powder - 2 tsp
• baking soda - 1 tsp
• shortening - 2 c
• powdered sugar
• pecans - 1 c
• allspice - 1/4 tsp
• can pumpkin - 16 oz

How to make pumpkin cookies:

Icing:2 c. powdered sugar4 oz. cream cheese1 tsp. vanilla Cream together the sugar, shortening, vanilla, pumpkin and eggs. Add other ingredients and mix well. Drop on greased cookie sheet and bake in preheated 350° oven for 12 to 15 minutes.

Mix icing ingredients together and spread on cookies.
