Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/3 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- eggs - 2 item
- pkg - 2 oz
- flour
- nutmeg - 1/4 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- ginger - 1/4 tsp
- margarine - 1/3 c
- can pumpkin - 1 oz
How to make pumpkin cheese cake:
Cream margarine and sugar until light and fluffy. Blend in egg. Add flour; mix well. Press dough on bottom and 2 inches high around sides of a 9-inch spring-form pan. Bake at 400° for 5 minutes. Remove from oven. Reduce heat to 350°.Combine cream cheese and sugar, mixing well until blended. Blend in pumpkin and spices; mix well. Add eggs, one at a time. Pour mixture into pastry lined pan; smooth surface to edge of crust. Bake at 350° for 50 minutes. Loosen cake from rim of pan; let cool before completely removing. Chill. Garnish with whipped cream just before serving. Serves 8.
