Ingredients/Components
- graham cracker crumbs - 1 item
- sugar - 1/4 c
- cream cheese - 1 pkg
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- can evaporated milk - 1 item
- lemon jello - 1 pkg
- can cherries - 1 item
How to make cheese cake:
Set evaporated milk in refrigerator overnight. Dissolve jello in a cup of hot water; let set at room temperature until it cools. Combine cream cheese and sugar. Prepare graham cracker crumbs with butter; place in bottom of pan. With mixer, whip evaporated milk until light and fluffy. Add cream cheese mixture; mix well. Add jello and vanilla; mix well until fluffy. Pour onto graham cracker crumbs. Set in refrigerator for 4 hours, or until set.
