  • lemon juice - 1/3 c
  • can Eagle Brand milk - 1 item
  • graham cracker pie shell - 1 item

How to make cheesecake:

Cream cheese should be at room temperature. With a mixer, whip cream cheese and add Eagle Brand milk. Mix until smooth, mix in lemon juice. Pour into pie shell. Chill. This can be topped with your favorite pie filling.
