- lemon juice - 1/3 c
- can Eagle Brand milk - 1 item
- graham cracker pie shell - 1 item
How to make cheesecake:
Cream cheese should be at room temperature. With a mixer, whip cream cheese and add Eagle Brand milk. Mix until smooth, mix in lemon juice. Pour into pie shell. Chill. This can be topped with your favorite pie filling.Recipe categories: Cheesecake, Desserts, Cheese.
