  • graham cracker crumbs
  • sugar - 1 Tbsp
  • pkg - 2 oz
  • vanilla extract - 1 tsp
  • sour cream - 16 oz
  • flour - 3 Tbsp
  • butter - 1/3 c
  • eggs, beaten - 4 item
  • lemon juice - 4 tsp
  • butter, melted - 1/2 c
  • small curd cottage cheese

How to make cheese cake:

Filling:2 c. small curd cottage cheese2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese16 oz. sour cream1 1/2 c. sugar4 eggs, beaten1/2 c. butter, melted3 Tbsp. flour4 tsp. lemon juice1 tsp. vanilla extract Melt butter; mix in graham cracker crumbs and sugar. Spread mixture in 10-inch spring-form pan, bottom of pan only.

Blend cottage cheese in blender until creamy. Put all other ingredients into mixer and beat until fluffy. Fold in cottage cheese. Pour over crust. Bake at 325° for 1 hour and 20 minutes. Turn off oven, leaving cake in it for 2 hours. Chill overnight.
