Ingredients/Components

  • 3 oz - 3/4 c
  • lemon juice - 1/4 tsp
  • Worcestershire sauce - 1/4 tsp
  • curry powder - 1/4 tsp
  • clove garlic, crushed - 1 item
  • cream cheese, softened - 6 oz
  • pecans, finely chopped optional - 1/2 c
  • solid pack pumpkin - 1/3 c

How to make pumpkin cheese ball:

In small mixer bowl, combine cream cheese, Cheddar cheese, pumpkin, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, curry powder and lemon juice. Mix well until creamy. Cover and chill. Shape into ball; roll in chopped pecans, if desired. Garnish as desired. Serve with crackers if desired. Makes 1 1/2 cups.
