Ingredients/Components
- 3 oz - 3/4 c
- lemon juice - 1/4 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1/4 tsp
- curry powder - 1/4 tsp
- clove garlic, crushed - 1 item
- cream cheese, softened - 6 oz
- pecans, finely chopped optional - 1/2 c
- solid pack pumpkin - 1/3 c
How to make pumpkin cheese ball:
In small mixer bowl, combine cream cheese, Cheddar cheese, pumpkin, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, curry powder and lemon juice. Mix well until creamy. Cover and chill. Shape into ball; roll in chopped pecans, if desired. Garnish as desired. Serve with crackers if desired. Makes 1 1/2 cups.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Pineapple, Spreads.
