Ingredients/Components

  • cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • milk - 2 c
  • chopped nuts - 3/4 c
  • flour
  • pumpkin - 1 c
  • powdered sugar - 2 c
  • ginger - 1/2 tsp
  • Cool Whip - 1 c
  • cloves - 1/4 tsp
  • 1/2 sticks of oleo or butter - 1 item
  • Mix well, add nuts, and spread on bottom of 9 x 13 pan
  • Then fold in Cool Whip

How to make layered pumpkin dessert:

Cut margarine into flour. Mix well, add nuts, and spread on bottom of 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes.Middle Layer:8 oz. cream cheese2 c. powdered sugar1 c. Cool Whip Mix cheese and sugar. Then fold in Cool Whip. Spread on cooled crust.Top Layer:2 (3.4 oz.) packages of instant vanilla pudding1 c. pumpkin1 tsp. cinnamon1/2 tsp. ginger1/4 tsp. cloves2 c. milk Mix well all ingredients except milk. Add milk. Spread on other layers. Refrigerate. Top with Cool Whip and few nuts. Can be frozen.
