Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- cinnamon - 2 tsp
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 1/2 tsp
- milk - 1 Tbsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- baking soda
- canned pumpkin - 2 c
- box confectioners sugar - 1/2 item
- corn oil - 1 c
- Add pumpkin and stir together
How to make pumpkin cake:
Cream sugar and oil together; add eggs, one at a time and beat well after each. Add pumpkin and stir together. Add dry ingredients gradually and blend well. Bake in a greased tube pan 60 to 75 minutes at 350°. Remove from pan and cool.Frosting:3 oz. softened cream cheese1 Tbsp. milk1/2 tsp. vanilla1/2 box confectioners sugar Beat by hand until creamy and spread on cooled cake.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Vegetables.
