Caramel chocolate chip bars
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- chopped nuts - 1 c
- melted butter - 3/4 c
- canned milk - 1/3 c
- chocolate cake mix - 1 pkg
How to make caramel chocolate chip bars:
Take 1/2 mix and press into bottom of 9 x 13-inch cake pan (lightly buttered). Bake at 350° for 6 minutes. Remove from oven and spread caramel mixture evenly over the top. Sprinkle a 12 ounce package of chocolate chips over the top while still warm. Pour last 1/2 of cake mix over top of this and spread it. Bake another 12 minutes or longer until done.
