Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- cinnamon - 3 tsp
- nutmeg - 1 tsp
- eggs, beaten - 4 item
- nuts - 1/2 c
- salad oil - 3/4 c
- instant pudding French vanilla - 1 pkg
- golden sherry - 3/4 c
- sugar/cinnamon - 2 Tbsp
- box yellow cake mix Duncan Hines Golden Yellow - 1 item
How to make wine cake:
Add nuts to mixture. Mix together sugar and cinnamon. Grease Bundt pan. Use sugar/cinnamon mix to dust pan. Place 1/2 batter in pan. Sprinkle remaining mixture of sugar and cinnamon over batter. Bake at 325° for 50 minutes. Test with toothpick. Cool in pan 15 to 20 minutes. Turn out. Serve with ice cream, whipped cream or plain.
