- cinnamon - 2 tsp
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- oil - 1 c
- baking soda - 2 tsp
- pumpkin - 2 c
- stick butter, softened - 1/2 item
- chopped pecans optional - 1/2 c
- all-purpose flour presifted - 2 c
- Grease and flour lightly a tube pan
How to make pumpkin cake:
Preheat oven to 275°. Grease and flour lightly a tube pan. Mix all above ingredients. Pour into pan and bake for 2 hours.Frosting:4 oz. cream cheese, softened1/2 stick butter, softened1 tsp. vanilla1/2 box powdered sugar (about 2 c.)1/2 c. chopped pecans (optional) Mix above ingredients and spread on cooled cake.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Vegetables.
