Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 4 item
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 1 c
- stick margarine - 1 item
- water - 1 c
How to make puffs:
Preheat oven to 400°. Bring water, margarine and salt to a boil. Reduce heat; add flour. Stir over heat until dough leaves the pan at the sides. Remove from heat. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each one. Drop by teaspoonful on greased cookie sheet. Reduce heat to 375°. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes. Great stuffed with chicken or tuna salad.
