Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 1 c
- stick margarine - 1 item
- water - 1 c
- cocoa - 1/4 c
- Cool Whip - 4 oz
- margarine - 1/4 c
- sifted confectioners sugar - 1 to
- Karo syrup - 2 Tbsp
- Fold in Cool Whip
- Remove from heat and immediately add flour and salt; mix well
How to make chocolate eclairs:
Heat water and margarine until it boils and margarine is completely melted. Remove from heat and immediately add flour and salt; mix well. It will be stiff.
