Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 Tbsp
- eggs - 2 item
- milk - 1 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 2/3 c
- grated lemon or orange peel - 1/2 tsp
How to make puff pancake:
Preheat oven to 400°. Place a skillet or cake pan with 2 tablespoons of margarine in oven until sizzling. Pour batter into sizzling pan and bake until golden brown, about 25 minutes.
