Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 4 tsp
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 1/2 tsp
- sour cream - 1/2 c
- butter, melted - 2 Tbsp
- orange juice - 4 tsp
- frozen blitzes 13 oz - 1 pkg
How to make blintz souffle:
Grease a 9-inch deep baking dish. Put frozen blitzes on bottom. Put ingredients in blender and blend until creamy. Pour over blitzes. Bake at 375° for first 15 minutes, then reduce heat to 350°.
