- flour - 2 c
- sticks butter - 2 item
- small sour cream - 1 item
- nuts optional - 1 item
How to make puff pastry:
Mix everything together. Chill for several hours or overnight. Roll out dough into a thin rectangle. Spread jar of mincemeat over 1/2 rectangle. Add nuts, if desired. Roll up like a jelly roll. Make slits across top of roll. Bake on a cookie sheet for 25 minutes at 350°; then for 25 minutes at 325°.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pies and tarts, Crusts/pastry dough.
