Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- chopped nuts - 1 c
- flour - 2 c
- stick margarine - 1 item
- soda - 1 tsp
- buttermilk - 1 c
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- vegetable oil - 1 c
- eggs unbeaten - 3 item
- chopped prunes - 1 c
- each: nutmeg, allspice and cloves - 1/2 tsp
- Bake in layers or tube pan at 350° for layers or 325° for tube pan
- or 7 chopped prunes - 6 item
- hot milk enough to mix well - 1 item
How to make prune cake:
