Pretzel salad
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3 Tbsp
- cream cheese - 8 oz
- melted butter - 3/4 c
- boiling water - 2 c
- Cool Whip - 8 oz
- broken pretzels - 3 c
- frozen strawberries - 20 oz
- large box strawberry jello - 1 item
How to make pretzel salad:
Mix pretzels, butter and 3 tablespoons sugar together. Spread in the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 400° for 8 minutes. Let cool. Blend cream cheese, Cool Whip and 1 cup sugar together and spread over pretzels. Mix jello, boiling water and strawberries together. Let cool in refrigerator and pour onto the cream cheese layer. Serve cold. Enjoy!!Note: Do not allow the jello to "set." Just cool.
