Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- butter - 5 Tbsp
- confectioners sugar - 2 c
- margarine - 1/4 lb
- graham crackers - 2 c
How to make banana split cake:
Blend graham crackers and butter and press into pan. Mix confectioners sugar, margarine, eggs and vanilla together and beat mixture for 5 minutes. Spread over crust and chill overnight. Slice 3 or 4 bananas lengthwise. Drain 1 medium can of crushed pineapple and spread pineapple over the bananas. Spread Cool Whip over the bananas and pineapple.
