Pretzel salad
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 4 Tbsp
- pkg - 1 oz
- melted butter - 3/4 c
- boiling water - 2 c
- Cool Whip - 2 c
- crushed pretzels - 2 c
- size pkg - 1 oz
How to make pretzel salad:
Mix pretzels, melted butter and 4 tablespoons sugar. Mix well and press in bottom of 9 x 13-inch glass baking dish. Bake at 375° for 8 minutes. Cool well.Mix cream cheese and sugar with mixer until well blended. Blend in Cool Whip and spread over pretzel mixture.
Mix Jell-O with 2 cups boiling water and frozen strawberries. Cool until thick. Pour over Cool Whip mixture. Chill at least 1 hour before serving.
