Ingredients/Components
- margarine - 1 c
- white sugar - 1 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- pkg - 1 oz
- brown sugar - 1 c
- eggs - 2 item
- flour
- coarsely crushed potato chips - 2 c
How to make potato chip cookies:
Cream together margarine and sugars. Add eggs and vanilla; beat well. Sift flour and soda together and add to creamed mixture. Then add crushed potato chips and butterscotch morsels. Drop by teaspoon on a greased cookie sheet about 2 inches apart. Bake at 375° for 10 minutes. Makes approximately 3 dozen cookies.Recipe categories: Desserts, Drop cookies, Cookie and brownie.
