Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 3 c
• eggs - 5 item
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• flour - 3 c
• sticks margarine - 2 item
• Crisco - 1/2 c
• lemon extract
• sweet milk - 1 c

How to make pound cake:

Cream sugar and shortening by hand. Beat in 1 egg at a time with a mixer. Add flour and milk, then vanilla and lemon. Bake at 350° for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Do not open door until time is up.
