Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3 c
- eggs - 5 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- flour - 3 c
- sticks margarine - 2 item
- Crisco - 1/2 c
- lemon extract
- sweet milk - 1 c
How to make pound cake:
Cream sugar and shortening by hand. Beat in 1 egg at a time with a mixer. Add flour and milk, then vanilla and lemon. Bake at 350° for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Do not open door until time is up.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Lunch/snacks.
