- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 1 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- flour - 3 c
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- shortening - 1/2 c
- nuts - 1 item
- stick butter - 1/2 item
- sticks butter - 2 item
- box 10x sugar - 1 item
- big eggs - 5 item
How to make pound cake:
Icing:1 tsp. vanilla1/2 stick butter1 box 10x sugar Cake: Cream shortening, sugar and butter. Then add one egg at a time. Mix flour, salt and baking powder. Pour in flour mixture and milk and alternate. Flour nuts and put with vanilla.Icing: Mix all ingredients well. If too stiff, add a little milk.
