Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 3 c
• soda - 1/4 tsp
• buttermilk - 1 c
• dash of salt - 1 item
• plain flour - 3 c
• Crisco - 1 c
• flavoring - 1 tsp
• eggs add eggs one at a time - 5 item

How to make pound cake:

Cream Crisco and sugar together. Add eggs one at a time. Add salt and flavoring. Add soda to buttermilk and then rotate flour and the buttermilk mixture to the Crisco and sugar mixture. Spray Bundt pan with Pam and bake about 1 hour at 325°.
