- pepper - 1/2 Tbsp
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- grated Cheddar cheese - 2 c
- crushed corn flakes - 2 c
- bag frozen hash brown potatoes - 1 (32
- sticks melted margarine - 2 item
How to make potato casserole:
Mix 1 stick margarine, potatoes, sour cream, undiluted chicken soup, onion, cheese, salt and pepper. Divide into 2 greased 9-inch pans. Cover each with topping of crushed corn flakes and other stick of melted margarine. Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 miRecipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Casseroles.
