  • sour cream - 1 c
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • paprika - 1 item
  • clove garlic, minced - 1 item
  • cottage cheese - 2 c
  • grated Cheddar cheese - 1 item
  • cubed boiled potatoes - 6 c
  • chopped chives and tops - 2 Tbsp

How to make potatoes romanoff:

Combine potatoes with cottage cheese, sour cream, garlic, salt and chives. Place in buttered casserole. Top with grated Cheddar cheese; sprinkle with paprika. Bake in 350° oven for 25 to 30 minutes. Serves 8.
