How to make potatoes romanoff:

Bake potatoes. While warm, shred potatoes into buttered casserole dish (2-quart). Stir in all other ingredients, saving 1/2 cup cheese and paprika for top. Cover and refrigerate for several hours or overnight. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.
