Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/2 c
- margarine - 1 Tbsp
- shredded sharp Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- mushroom soup - 1 c
- thin sliced potatoes - 4 c
- thin sliced onions - 1/2 c
How to make scalloped potatoes:
Blend soup, milk and dash of pepper. Arrange layers of potatoes, onions and soup mix in 2-quart casserole. Dot top with margarine and sprinkle of paprika. Cover. Bake 1 hour in 375° oven. Uncover and bake 15 more minutes or until done. Enjoy.Recipe categories: Low protein, Potato, Vegetables.
