Potatoes romanoff
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- paprika - 1 item
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- medium potatoes - 4 item
- green scallions, sliced - 4 item
How to make potatoes romanoff:
Cook potatoes with jackets until tender. Peel and shred. Combine with sour cream, onions, 3/4 cup cheese, salt and pepper. Turn mixture into a 1 1/2-quart casserole. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and paprika. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.May be made ahead and refrigerated until time to bake and serve.
