Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- water - 1 item
- oil - 3 Tbsp
- Parmesan cheese - 1/3 c
- grated Cheddar cheese - 2 Tbsp
- medium potatoes - 6 item
- dash of cayenne pepper - 1 item
- thyme - 1/2 tsp
- oregano leaves - 1/2 tsp
How to make potato wedges:
Scrub unpeeled potatoes well. Cut each potato in half lengthwise, then cut into even wedges. Boil potato wedges for 5 minutes in salted water; drain and pat dry.
