Potato wedges
Ingredients/Components
- water - 1 item
- oil - 3 Tbsp
- dash of salt - 1 item
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1/3 c
- grated Cheddar cheese - 2 Tbsp
- medium potatoes - 6 item
- dried oregano leaves - 1/2 tsp
- dash of cayenne pepper - 1 item
- dash of black pepper - 1 item
- dried thyme leaves - 1/2 tsp
How to make potato wedges:
Scrub unpeeled potatoes well. Cut each potato in half lengthwise, then cut into even wedges. Boil potato wedges for 5 minutes in salted water; drain. Pat dry. Spread potato wedges in a single layer on a lightly greased baking sheet. Sprinkle with oil, spices and herbs. Bake at 425° for about 15 minutes. Sprinkle with cheeses. Bake at 425° to 450° for another 10 to 12 minutes or until potatoes are golden brown and cheeses are melted.
