- to 8 large potatoes, cooked and mashed - 6 item
- sour cream - 1 c
- salt - 2 tsp
- green onions, chopped - 2 item
- butter - 1/4 c
- pkg - 1 oz
- shredded cheese - 1 c
How to make potato spinach casserole:
Combine all ingredients except cheese. Put in greased 2-quart casserole. Bake, uncovered, for 15 minutes at 400°. Top with cheese. Bake 5 minutes longer.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Casseroles.
