  • to 8 large potatoes, cooked and mashed - 6 item
  • sour cream - 1 c
  • salt - 2 tsp
  • green onions, chopped - 2 item
  • butter - 1/4 c
  • pkg - 1 oz
  • shredded cheese - 1 c

How to make potato spinach casserole:

Combine all ingredients except cheese. Put in greased 2-quart casserole. Bake, uncovered, for 15 minutes at 400°. Top with cheese. Bake 5 minutes longer.
