Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 item
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- garlic - 1 tsp
- bacon - 1 lb
- bunches green onions - 2 item
- medium to large potatoes - 6 item
- can Kraft American squirt cheese - 1 item
How to make potato skins:
Wash and bake potatoes in microwave. When done, quarter potatoes. Put them on a plate. Cook pound of bacon. Drain and crumble into small pieces. Chop onions. On the potatoes, squirt cheese on heavily. Sprinkle bacon and cheese on top. Add garlic and salt and pepper to taste. Re-warm in microwave for 3 minutes if needed.
