milk - 3/4 c
salt - 1/2 tsp
pepper - 1/4 tsp
chopped onion - 1/2 c
grated cheese - 1/2 lb
can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
sausage - 1 lb
raw potatoes, sliced - 3 c

How to make potato sausage casserole:

Brown sausage and drain. Mix soup, milk, onion, salt and pepper. In a large casserole, layer soup, potatoes and sausage. Bake at 350° for 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours. Sprinkle with grated cheese and melt in oven.
