Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- sour cream - 1 c
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- potatoes 12 medium - 4 lb
- grated onion if desired - 1 item
How to make potato puff:
Boil potatoes; mash with electric mixer. Add cream cheese, sour cream, salt, pepper and grated onion. Beat at high speed until smooth and light. Spoon into a greased casserole.
