Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 2 lb
- sour cream - 16 oz
- melted butter - 1/4 1/2
- diced onion - 1/2 c
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 2 c
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted or cream of chicken soup - 1 item
How to make potato casserole:
Mix first 5 ingredients together. Add the sour cream and soup. Put into a flat cake pan. Over the top, spread 2 cups crushed corn flakes and 1/4 cup oleo. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Casseroles.
