Sour cream potatoes
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 2 lb
- sour cream - 1 pt
- melted margarine - 1/2 c
- chopped onions - 1/2 c
- salt and pepper - 1 tsp
- crushed corn flakes - 2 c
- stick margarine, melted - 1 item
- can cream of chicken soup undiluted - 1 item
- mild Cheddar cheese, grated - 2 c
How to make sour cream potatoes:
Put frozen hash browns in 13 x 9 pan and coat with melted margarine. Combine sour cream, onions, cheese, soup, salt and pepper. Add to potatoes in pan, but don't mix. Combine corn flakes and margarine; sprinkle over potatoes. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Vegetables.
