How to make potato flake chicken:
Preheat oven to 400°. Grease a 9 x 13-inch baking pan with 1/3 cup oleo. Rinse chicken in cold water; roll in potato flakes. Place in baking pan. Bake for 1 hour, turning once halfway through baking.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Poultry.
