Chicken enchiladas
Ingredients/Components
- carton sour cream - 1 item
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- stick oleo - 1/2 item
- jar Cheez Whiz - 1 lb
- shredded cheese - 1 item
- small can chopped green chilies - 1 item
- chicken breasts, cooked - 8 item
- flour or corn tortillas - 14 item
How to make chicken enchiladas:
Cook chicken, bone and set aside. Saute onion in 1/2 stick of oleo. Add green chilies, Cheez Whiz, soup and sour cream. Cut chicken into bite size pieces. Put 2 tablespoons mixture on tortilla, 3 tablespoons (more or less) chicken on tortilla and roll up. Place in a long baking dish and when filled, pour remaining soup mixture over and top with shredded cheese. Bake in 350° oven until hot and bubbly.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Poultry.
