Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- butter or margarine - 1 c
- chopped nuts - 1/2 c
- flour - 2 c
- crushed potato chips - 1/2 c
How to make potato chip cookies:
Cream butter and sugar. Add vanilla, potato chips, nuts and flour; mix well. Form into small balls and place on ungreased baking sheets. Dip bottom of a glass in sugar and flatten cookies. Bake at 350° for 16 to 18 minutes. Makes about 6 dozen.Recipe categories: Desserts, Drop cookies, Cookie and brownie.
