Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 2 lb
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- Cheddar cheese - 8 oz
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- crushed corn flakes - 2 c
- margarine - 1/2 c
How to make potato casserole:
Mix first 5 ingredients together and put in buttered 9 x 13-inch pan. Top with corn flakes. Pour melted margarine over top. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Casseroles.
