Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 8 oz
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- cheese whiz - 8 oz
- Southern Hash Brown Potatoes - 2 lb
- cornflakes, crushed optional - 4 c
How to make potato casserole:
Mix potatoes, cheese, sour cream, and both cans of soup in large mixing bowl. When mixed evenly spread into large casserole dish. Top with cornflakes place into oven and bake at 350 degrees until cheese is bubbly. Let stand 10 minutes and enjoy.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Casseroles.
