Ingredients/Components
- flour - 3/4 c
- vegetable oil for frying - 1 item
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- large onion, chopped - 1/2 item
- medium eggs, beaten - 2 item
How to make potato cakes:
Mix potatoes with flour, onion, eggs, salt and pepper. Mixture will resemble bread dough. Add about 1/4-inch oil in skillet. Drop potato mixture from tablespoon.
