Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/4 c
- salt - 1 item
- flour - 1 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- margarine - 3 tsp
- pepper - 1 item
- to 5 medium potatoes - 4 item
How to make potato cakes:
Boil potatoes until tender and mash. Add salt, pepper, margarine and milk. Add egg and flour to mash potatoes. Place small cakes in greased skillet and cook until brown.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Vegetables.
